About this neighborhood

Coligny and Forest Beach form the island's most walkable and visitor-friendly neighborhood. Most rentals here are within a 5–10 minute walk of Coligny Beach Park, and within a few minutes of Coligny Plaza — the island's most concentrated cluster of restaurants, shops, ice cream, and bike rentals.

The neighborhood has no gate, no community entry requirements, and no resort fees beyond what your rental includes. It's the easiest neighborhood on the island to navigate without a car for the first day or two.

The trade-off: it's the busiest neighborhood on the island in peak season. Coligny Beach Park fills by 9–10 AM on summer weekends. If you want a quieter beach experience, Alder Lane Beach Access (0.5 miles south on South Forest Beach Drive) is a paid-parking alternative with a fraction of the crowd.
