Coligny Beach

Bad Biscuit is a breakfast and brunch counter at Coligny Plaza built around one thing done right: scratch-made biscuits. The menu leans hard into Southern comfort — biscuit sandwiches loaded with egg, cheese, and your choice of protein, plus hearty morning plates that hold up after a long beach morning. The setting is casual and counter-service, which fits the Coligny Beach energy perfectly: no reservations, no fuss, just good food at a reasonable price steps from the sand. It's the kind of place that becomes a morning ritual for repeat visitors. Note: no website or phone on file — stop in or check Coligny Plaza's directory for current hours.
